Window Washing in a Snow Storm?

What’s wrong with this picture? Downtown Minneapolis… heavy snow… at least 20 floors up on the side of a skyscraper… guys on a window-cleaning platform?!? Are they crazy??? Whatever they’re doing, I hope they’re getting paid well. You can barely even see them in the second picture, the snow is coming down so hard. The building, if you’re curious, is the Campbell Mithun Tower, the “second tallest glass-curtain skyscraper in Minneapolis, after the IDS tower.”
